Subject: FISTF Champions League/Europa League 2014
Dear Friends,
we would like to inform you the FISTF BoD has been notified by FFFTS that CFT Puylaurens will not be able to organize the CL/EL 2014.
Consequently, FISTF BoD is obliged to re-issue a call for candidates for the organization of CL/EL 2014. Nominations' folders must be sent to FISTF secretary (secretary@fistf.com) no later than Friday January 24, 2014, midnight.
We hope that we will have the anticipated response from Nations, so that very soon FISTF BoD will be able to announce the place and time of the event.

New Board in England
January 2014 is a very important date for english subbuteo as the ESA Board has been affected by some changes. After Justin Finch (president), Danny Lilley has been chosen to become the new chairman of the association.
The new ESA Board consists now of Danny Lilley, Terry Arnold (General Manager), Jeremy Bradley (sports officer), Ben Staples and Rob McCormick (Welfare officers).

FISTF would like to wish good luck to the new ESA Board and congratulate the past Board for the excellent work made over the last few years.

FISTF World Championships 2014 in Rochefort (Belgium)
On December 10, the FISTF Board was happy to confirm the FISTF World Cup 2014 will be held in Rochefort (Belgium) on September 5, 6, 7. The following official statement was sent to all national associations:

It gives us great Pleasure to announce to you all the 16th edition of the FISTF World Championships. The event will take place in Belgium on the 5th and 6th and 7th September 2014 with the Belgium Federation and host club JSC Rochefort in their 40th Year. The event will be played on 56 professional astroturf Stadiums in the Venue, "sports hall of Jemelle" with Direct TV Screens on the top stadiums during the event.
Friday 5th September - Arrival of the teams and Draws Live and Practice Session
Saturday 6th September - Open World Championships All Classes
Sunday 7th September - Team Open World Championships all Ages
This is the 16th edition of our world championships and we at FISTF would like to wish the Belgium Federation and the Host club JSC Rochefort the very best from all the Federations and we look forward to the 16th edition of our World Championships.
